Program Evaluation Manager

The Program Evaluation Manager will be responsible for monitoring UWSN Community Impact programs and production/compilation of evaluation results reported by programs and initiatives supported by United Way of Southern Nevada. The Manager will develop program summaries, informational materials, and strategies to communicate program results to internal and external audiences. Additionally, the Manager will guide the development of strategies that help UWSN build stakeholders' capacity to effectively implement and execute outcome evaluation processes & techniques.

Grants Manager

The Grants Manager is responsible for writing proposals for both unrestricted operating revenue and restricted projects and for submitting timely and accurate reports for all existing grant funded projects.

Individual Giving Manager

 

The Individual Giving Manager, Fund Development, raises support for and advances United Way of Southern Nevada’s (UWSN) mission of improving lives by identifying, creating, growing, and sustaining relationships. The Individual Giving Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and implementing effective strategies and tactics to increase donor engagement, and in turn, increase financial contributions from strategic donor groups to UWSN’s earnings.

Early Education Program Specialist

 

This position assists the Director with the implementation of the Nevada Ready! State Pre-K Grant and related early education programs for United Way of Southern Nevada’s Collective Impact initiatives.  The program specialist provides training, technical assistance, coaching, and support to ensure all funded centers in Nevada are operating high-quality programs with measurable impact.
