DAY OF CARING | FRIDAY, OCTOBER 2, 2020
Join us and make a difference during our community's largest day of volunteering
During the COVID-19 pandemic, we’ve found new ways to show each other we care. Checking in on neighbors, connecting virtually with family, and delivering meals to friends. Now, it’s time to show that caring spirit for the nonprofits and community organizations that supported hundreds of thousands of Southern Nevadans through the pandemic. As we grapple with this new normal, one thing remains clear: our community could really use a Day of Caring right now.
United Way of Southern Nevada's Day of Caring is Southern Nevada's largest one-day volunteer event that embraces the collaboration of organizations and volunteers across Southern Nevada. Volunteer teams of all sizes are welcome to join us and make a difference at local community organizations that need your help. Last year, 1,106 volunteers completed 52 projects at over 30 community organizations. Join us on Friday, October 2, 2020 and make a difference while social distancing. This year, you can make a difference from home or by volunteering in-person!
