Learn about the CCSD Reorg

The reorganization of the Clark County School District is now official. The regulations set forth in Assembly Bill 394 were approved by the Legislative Commission on September 9, 2016, the final step in a process which began in January. The reorganization will be fully implemented in the 2017-18 school year.

CCSD has begun work toward implementation of the plan to prepare for the upcoming 2017-2018 school year. Parents are encouraged to view this video to learn how they can be nominated and selected for School Organizational Teams. CCSD's complete resources on AB 394 can be found here.

The reorganization can be summed up into two images of the current structure of CCSD and the new model focused on empowering schools with a strong foundation of support from the CCSD main office.
